An ongoing creative partnership with Provident Health Foundation — a full website redesign, plus annual reports, impact reports, and a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) report.
Problem
Provident Health Foundation needed a website that did more than describe their mission — it needed to showcase their real impact across Marinette and Menominee Counties, house their reports and resources in one place, and ease a recurring pain point: nonprofits repeatedly reaching out for help understanding the grant process each cycle. On the design side, their annual and impact reports needed the same level of thoughtfulness and visual clarity as the work they fund.
Solution
I redesigned their website to clearly communicate their mission and impact, while also building it into a resource hub — giving nonprofits a place to self-educate on the grant process ahead of each giving cycle, saving the foundation's team time they'd otherwise spend on repetitive outreach. Alongside the website, I've designed three annual reports and their Community Health Needs Assessment report, working closely with their two-person leadership team to bring their vision to life visually.

Strategy
The goal was to make the website work as hard as the foundation does, not just representing their mission, but actively reducing the manual legwork their team was doing each grant cycle. Making resources easy to find meant nonprofits could prepare on their own, freeing up staff time for higher-value work.

Result
The foundation has received strong feedback within their industry, noting how the site compares favorably to other health foundations' websites. The reports have been similarly well received for their visual clarity and thoughtfulness — and the ongoing partnership continues to grow as new reports and projects come up.
