Frequently Asked Questions
How long are you available?
I require a 3-month minimum contract. At the end of 3 months, we will re-evaluate your package to ensure that the number of hours is adequate for your needs.
Can i cancel my retainer?
After the minimum 3-month commitment, you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade depending on your requirements. At the end of the 3 months, we will have a chat to see what you need for the next 3-month commitment to make sure I am meeting your needs.
WHAT IF I DON"T USE ALL MY HOURS?
Unused hours expire at the end of the month. This is to ensure that we can allocate time for your projects throughout the weeks, and plan our workload accordingly. It will be preferred to keep the hours consistent week to week, but business needs shift, and I am adaptable!
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?
I will create social media graphics, but will not post or manage social media channels.
